The event will take place April 13-14, 2011 at the Navy Pier in Chicago.
Kushner will present "Mix it Up: Integrating Virtual Events into Your Business" session, which will take place Wednesday, April 13, 2011 from 3:15 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Kushner will discuss how virtual events have become a go-to resource for organizations in every market. Some companies have adopted these online technologies as a result of dramatically reduced budgets, while others use them to augment and enhance live events and meetings. Regardless of the reason, virtual solutions can enable organizations to gain a competitive advantage, improve communications and increase lead generation and marketing. As a valuable lead generation tool and a virtual playground for attendees to interact, many companies are left trying to figure out how to integrate a virtual experience into their businesses. This presentation will examine event strategy, target audience development and the myriad of virtual business solutions on the market today. In addition, Kushner will highlight case studies of virtual success stories showcasing how any organization can benefit from a virtual solution.
"Event planners are beginning to realize that hybrid events are the new 'black' and are incorporating virtual components into their multi-dimensional brands. I'm looking forward to discussing how to integrate a virtual presence, without taking away from a physical event, to create a new and improved version of any event," said Kushner.
UBM offers a complete virtual environment solution as a Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS), from the production and creation of virtual environments to the content development, recruitment, custom creative development and the management of audiences within the virtual environment.

He also pioneered ads webcast series, trade show video and video product showcases as media extensions, building a multimillion dollar business.
