Bill Howell to Drive Content Rich Agenda for Event Examining Technology for a 21st Century Government

Bill Howell comes to GTEC with 22 years experience in the Federal government market. Howell served as Director of the Strategic Advisors to Government Executives (SAGE) Program for the Partnership for Public Service, a non-partisan good-government non-profit.  Previous to his work at the Partnership, Bill operated a consultancy firm that provided strategic guidance to small businesses seeking to enter the Federal government market.  Prior to that, he was Vice President of Events for a division of The Washington Post Company where Bill produced FOSE and co-produced the IRMCO Conference with the GSA's Office of Government wide Policy. Bill was previously Vice President of a systems integrator and responsible for key contracts with the US Postal Service, the Department of Treasury, the Department of Navy, the Department of Agriculture and the Social Security Administration.
