SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 10, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Today UBM TechWeb announced Meetzi as the Enterprise 2.0 Conference Santa Clara 2010 Launch Pad People's Choice winner. The attending audience selected Meetzi as the winner of the competition, following presentations from four finalists at the Enterprise 2.0 Conference, taking place through November 11th at the Santa Clara Convention Center.  The Launch Pad program is a live public forum created to highlight the innovation of companies changing today's enterprise.  More information can be found at http://launchpad.e2conf.com/.

"We are excited about the opportunity to present at such a targeted conference where influential companies come to learn about the latest enterprise 2.0 technologies," said Brad Garland, Founder of Meetzi. "We believe a companies' biggest asset is their time and Meetzi is focused on making meetings productive, actionable and on time. We are grateful to play a role in increasing productivity in the enterprise and are pleased to be selected as the Launch Pad People's Choice winner."

Participants this year pitched their submissions first via Twitter. Top submissions were invited by the Jury to upload a short video to the Launch Pad site to compete for the chance to present to the Enterprise 2.0 community.  Today, at the live event, four finalists, Flowchart.com, Itensil, Meetzi and Moxie Software, debuted their new 2.0 tools and services to the Enterprise 2.0 Conference audience in a five minute presentation on the keynote stage.  The audience, comprised of creators, evangelists and adopters of cutting edge technologies, then participated via live vote using Mozes to nominate Meetzi as the People's Choice winner.

"We are pleased by the enthusiasm and innovation demonstrated today by each of the finalists who participated in this year's Launch Pad program," said Steve Wylie, Enterprise 2.0 Conference General Manager.  "We applaud Meetzi as the People's Choice winner and congratulate them for introducing unique tools that are helping to shape the enterprise 2.0 industry."
