The award is part of the Women of the Channel Winter Workshop, a one-day workshop where women in the technology channel can share insight, find mentors, invest in self and celebrate success, taking place today.

Moon is a strong supporter of women in the channel. Over the past year he has assisted Motorola's Women in Business Council's Holtsville Chapter 'Women on Wall Street'; he has brought diverse channel leaders into the company; he sponsored the Women of the Channel Winter Workshop; and he supported attendance of female colleague at women focused events. Moon has been employed by Motorola since 1985 and is currently responsible for serving government and enterprise customers. His organization consists of all functions associated with go-to-market, channel management, business operations and services.
