A special feature of the Top 100 Women of the Channel is included in the August issue of CRN Magazine and expanded coverage can be found online at www.channelweb.com.

Last week at XChange '09, which took place August 17-20 at the Gaylord National Hotel in Washington, D.C., Everything Channel hosted sessions dedicated to the Women in Technology, addressing key issues that women face in the workforce today.

The Women of the Channel were honored for their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments at a reception sponsored by Cisco, Epson and IBM. In addition, Everything Channel hosted Channel @ Work: Dress for Success during the reception. The Channel @ Work program is designed to make a difference in the lives of people in the community where Everything Channel hosts XChange events. Everything Channel partnered with Dress For Success, an organization promoting the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Everything Channel asked all women attendees to bring a piece of clothing with them to the event to donate to the nonprofit. Members of the Dress for Success Washington D.C. affiliate spoke to the audience about how the contributions make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged women in the D.C. area.
