Everything Channel today bolstered its channel intelligence, program development and education business, IPED, with the appointment of seasoned channel executive, Rauline Ochs who will assume leadership of the division as SVP, Managing Director, IPED.

Ochs will be responsible for the operations, management, strategy and execution of IPED's worldwide channel services. Having held numerous channel sales, marketing and management positions throughout her 23 year career, Ochs now will lead the premier channel intelligence, consulting and education business in high tech. Based in Everything Channel's Irvine, CA office Ochs will report to Robert Faletra, Chief Executive Officer, Everything Channel, a division of United Business Media.

The addition of Ochs to the Everything Channel senior management team continues the company's aggressive expansion to advance its "Complete Technology Channel Solution" and supports the changing needs of today's clients. In addition, Everything Channel also announced today that Ryan Brock has joined IPED as Director, Consulting from Access Markets International (AMI) Partners, Inc. Adding Ochs and Brock to IPED's strong team will take IPED to the next level making it a channel powerhouse.

Everything Channel continues the expansion of its senior-level team. Earlier this year, Everything Channel added Sam Schneider as Chief Information Officer, the former CIO at Equal Logic; Patricia Syed as Director, Audience Engagement and Marketing Strategy; Rick Bellan as Director of Audience Acquisition, both formerly of TechTarget; and Greg Avera Sales Director for Field Sales and Marketing, formerly of ViewSonic Corp.

Prior to Everything Channel, Ochs was executive vice president of sales, distribution and marketing for Fortune 500 company, Safeco Corporation, where she was responsible for $5 billion of revenue across sales, corporate marketing and operations. Liberty Mutual Group acquired Safeco in 2008.

Earlier, Ochs was senior vice president, North America alliances & channels for Oracle Corporation where she was responsible for indirect and co-sell revenue, marketing and operations for 4,200 commercial and public sector partners across all Oracle product lines.

Ochs also led worldwide channels at BEA Systems and North American software channels at the IBM Corporation.

Ochs has been recognized by Everything Channel on several occasions for her channel expertise, including, 2007 Channel Executive of the Year; 2004 & 2009 Top Speaker - Channel Focus North & Latin America; 2005, 2006 & 2007 CRN Top 50 Channel Executive; 2005 & 2006 VARBusiness Top 75 Channel Executive; and 2006 & 2007 VARBusiness Most Influential Women in the Channel.

Ryan Brock

Brock has joined IPED as Director, Consulting. He brings 15 years of technology and channel experience to this role, having worked with industry leading companies, including ADP, AT&T, Best Buy, Cisco, Dell, HP, Hughes, IBM, Intel, McAfee, Microsoft, RIM, Seagate, Sony, United Healthcare, and many others. As the Director of Consulting, Brock will lead a team that develops and implements end-user and channel go-to-market strategies, leveraging best practices that draw on Everything Channel's vast repository of research and unique access to partners.

Prior to Everything Channel, Brock was the Vice President of Channels at AMI where he led a team that specialized in global channel partner and SMB research, strategic planning, and go-to-market execution. While with AMI, Brock worked with dozens of clients to effectively turn relevant market intelligence into sound tactical implementation by identifying, targeting, and engaging "high-value" partner and SMB segments.

Previously, Brock was employed with MarketStar Corporation, vJungle and The NPD Group. Brock earned an MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
