Everything Channel's Chief Executive Officer, Robert Faletra, to Speak on December 15 at the Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor Conference, Sharing Insights on Merger and Acquisition Trends in the Media Industry
Everything Channel, a division of United Business Media, today announced that Robert Faletra, Chief Executive Officer, will speak at the Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor conference on December 15 at the Hudson Theatre at Millennium Broadway in New York City. Faletra will serve as an expert on the "Future Direction of Corporate Acquirers -- The Year Ahead" panel along with Dr. Shri Thanedar, Chairman of Azopharma Product Development Services Inc.; T. J. Grewal, Vice President Corporate Development, Brocade Communications Systems, Inc.; and Robert M. Shaughnessy, President and Chief Executive Officer, Traxis, B.V. David M. Grinberg, Partner, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips will moderate the panel.
The conference will focus on current issues, financial trends and career-enhancing strategies for professionals looking to expand their companies through mergers and acquisitions. The program will address strategies for planning "the perfect acquisition," structuring deals in the lower end of the middle market, creative ways to successfully finance deals and post-merger techniques for integrating technology and employees.
In 2008, Faletra spearheaded two acquisitions for Everything Channel.
