CMP Invests in Channel Editorial with Four Promotions and New Hire
CMP Channel's CRN and VARBusiness today announced that it is bolstering its editorial department while gearing up for even more comprehensive editorial coverage of Solution Providers in the new year. With four promotions and a new hire, the Channel continues to invest in its editorial staff. Earlier this week, the Channel announced that Andrew Hickey, a Tech Target veteran, was added to CRN and VARBusiness' staff as senior editor covering infrastructure technologies.

With more than 13 years at CMP, Moltzen has written on a variety of topics and has won awards for his coverage of IBM, Microsoft and Dell.
Jennifer Hagendorf Follet, who has been covering the IT channel for more than 10 years, was promoted to Managing Editor Technology. She currently manages CRNtech, a monthly publication that focuses on technology for the solution provider community. She also covers networking and VoIP for CRN, VARBusiness and ChannelWeb.com.
Mario Morejon of CRN's Test Center has been promoted to Senior Technology Editor. Morejon covers content management, business intelligence, portal software, XML software, enterprise applications, application servers, application integration, CRM, Web design, databases, SOA, Web services, programming technologies, application development, quality assurance tools, data modeling, data mining, business process management, knowledge-management related technologies including collaboration, productivity middleware, project management, office suites and applications.
Fahmida Rashid, also of CRN's Test Center, has been promoted to Senior Technology Editor. Rashid looks at client technologies, storage, and virtualization as well as open source software and networking. She is focused on overall technology trends and analyzing how they can benefit different businesses.
In addition, Stefanie Hoffman joins CMP Channel as a Reporter for CRN and VARBusiness.
