The Long Island Business News award honors 50 women from business, education, government and the not-for- profit sector annually. Hall was recognized for her leadership in business and community involvement.

Hall is responsible for recruitment and development of CMP's global talent pool, leadership development, performance management and overseeing employee relations, staffing, training, compensation, benefits, human resource systems and Community Connections, CMP's nonprofit foundation designed to partner employees and nonprofits.

Prior to CMP, Hall was Vice President, Human Resources at Lebhar Friedman, Inc., the leading business-to-business independent publisher and provider of information serving the retail, foodservice and healthcare markets. She also worked at the leading consumer magazine publisher in the United States and the United Kingdom, Time Inc. with businesses and content delivery extensions to websites, television, satellite radio, mobile devices, events and branded products. Prior, Hall worked as Director, Compensation & Benefits at MCI Telecommunications, and Manager, Manufacturing & Distribution Services at Johnson & Johnson Products, Inc. Hall is a graduate of Loyola University with a double major in Finance and Management. She also holds an MBA in Financial Planning from the University of Dallas.
