Call Center Demo & Conference Returning to Texas for Fifth Year

CMP Media LLC, announces that after four successful years, Call Center Demo & Conference will return to Texas for its fifth year. Scheduled February 6-8, 2006 in the Hilton Austin Downtown, it will feature timely, objective, and practical sessions, filled with tips and techniques that call center professionals can put to immediate use in their organizations.

Conference highlights include in-depth pre-show tutorials, an expanded schedule of ICMI's popular "Insight" site visits, keynote presentations, a new "Call Center Management" 101 track, and many networking opportunities. Art Turock, a corporate leadership and motivational business speaker, will deliver the conference's opening keynote session, "Invent Business Opportunities No One Else Can Imagine."
