CMP Media Is Honored With Five Eddie and Ozzie Awards From FOLIO:

CMP Media, a marketing solutions company serving the technology, healthcare and entertainment markets, was honored with five Eddie and Ozzie Awards at the 2005 Folio: Show's Annual Awards Gala in New York City November 1. With intense competition from more than 1,600 entries, five CMP Media publications were winners: CRN, Digital Connect, Guitar Player, Secure Enterprise and Software Development.

The Eddie Awards are open to consumer, b-to-b, associations and online magazines where each magazine is evaluated against its own mission statement, the quality of their content and how the overall design and production supports their mission. The Ozzie Awards are open to all magazines and are given in recognition of excellence in magazine design.

* Guitar Player won a Silver award in the Entertainment category.

Ozzie Awards
* Digital Connect, June 2005, "Calling All Geeks" won a Gold award in the
Best Use of Typography, Consumer category.
* Software Development, October 2004 issue won a Gold award in the Best
Table of Contents, B2B category.
* CRN, August 23, 2004, "What's Hot, What's Not" won a Silver award in the
Best Feature Design, B2B Above 100,000 circulation category.

Over 90 industry experts reviewed more than 1,600 submissions across the 76 categories for B-to-B, Consumer, Association, Institutional, Non-Profit and Online.
