CMP Media's Jeff Patterson Appointed Executive Vice President Corporate Sales And Marketing; Paul Miller Named Group Publisher, Electronics

Patterson, who has more than twenty years as a publishing and marketing executive in the technology business-to-business marketplace, will be responsible for CMP's corporate sales and marketing programs here and abroad. Paul Miller was named Group Publisher, Electronics, a position formerly held by Mr. Patterson.

Patterson has held several positions since joining CMP Media in 1997. Most recently, he was President, Electronics Group that celebrated the 30th anniversary of EE Times, launched EETimes Network (www.eetnetwork.com), completed a conference agreement with Messe Muenchen and other significant business initiatives this year. Prior to CMP Media, Jeff held senior positions at leading publishing, manufacturing and market research firms such as Beacon Technology Partners and Reed Business Information, formerly Cahners. Jeff holds a B.A. from the University of California/Berkeley.
