New Turn-Key, Pedestal CMP Event Focuses on 'Perfecting the Customer Experience'

CMP Media, Inc. today announced the debut of CRM Demo & Conference 2000 at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in San Diego, CA. The two-day event will highlight technologies and services designed to achieve and maintain a strong relationship between companies and their customers.

A complete two-day educational conference program has been designed to get newcomers (as well as industry veterans) up to speed on the latest CRM developments. Parallel conference tracks provide comprehensive coverage of three key customer relationship management topics: "Management for CRM Executives," "e-CRM for Executives," and "The Intelligent Enterprise Summit."
