As call center and customer operations are integrating more and more into a company's total customer service strategy, Call Center Demo and Conference is the first event of the year to bring these new technologies and techniques under one roof.

"With budgets tighter than ever for a CFO, call center managers must look to innovative strategies and products that bring a return on investment for every dollar spent on call center operations," noted Simon Cooper, Executive Director, Call Center Demo & Conference. "Customers' total satisfaction is more important than ever in these tough times so it is necessary to have call center products that cater to delivering top of the line performance."

The Call Center Demo and Conference, being held Jan. 28-30, 2002 in Dallas, TX, will feature three tracks of customer care in technology, operations and practices. Kicking off the conference will be keynote speaker John Goodman, president of Tarp, who will demonstrate the payoff of the call center in a manner that convinces the CFO.

Some of the events that highlight the Call Center Demo and Conference this year include:

-- Product of the Year awards and presentation sponsored by Call Center
Magazine, the number one magazine in the field, to award the most
cutting edge products from the past year.
-- A certification course, given by Incoming Calls Management Institute
(ICMI), will be held for call center managers to improve their
performance and prepare for CIAC certification.
-- CCNG International will host a series of call center site visits
designed to focus on the technology, people and processes behind the
best call centers in the business.
