Regarded industry veteran to present keynote address

Embedded Systems Conference Chicago presents a keynote from Nick Tredennick, IEE Fellow and developer of the logic and microcode for the Motorola 68000 microprocessor. Nick is currently the editor of Dynamic Silicon and he serves on the editorial advisory boards for IEEE Spectrum, Microprocessors and Microsystems, Embedded Developers Journal, and for Microprocessor Report. He will deliver the keynote, The Evolution of Digital Design, on Tuesday, June 4th from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Timely Educational Forum

The conference program offers more than 90 classes and tutorials to help designers gain essential knowledge and skills to make their embedded designs better, faster and more reliable. Each class and tutorial provides practical answers to the toughest embedded questions, and teaches techniques that can be implemented immediately. The program has been expanded this year with 46 new session topics, addressing embedded Java programming, real-time architectures, designing low-power, high performance handhelds, understanding and using 802.11 standard and C/C++ coding techniques.
