Conference to Help Companies Master Complexities of the Supply Chain Process

CMP Media (http://www.cmp.com/) in partnership with the Institute of Supply Management™ (ISM) today announced the launch of the Supply Network Conference (http://www.supplynetwork.org/), a new annual educational forum that will deliver leading-edge supply network innovations to business and financial executives, procurement, supply chain and e-business managers. The conference, to be held September 17-19, 2002 in San Jose, will emphasize best practices and real world solutions of the world's leading electronics companies. In addition, iSuppli Corporation will present a special industry briefing September 17, providing the latest industry data and forecasts, covering both application and component markets.

Dr. Hau L. Lee, Stanford University Professor of Operations, Information and Technology; Director of Global Supply Chain Management Forum is the planning committee chairman and will deliver one of the keynote speeches.
