Interop Las Vegas 2012 will feature several new programs around its new theme: Discover IT, including an in depth workshop on managing Big Data. Every year, as more data is generated, companies are working to glean insights from it. This workshop will work to understand and analyze this information as well as work to provide an understanding of the new architectures that can store and crunch the data. Another new workshop this year is the IT Channel Summit, which will bring together vendors, solution providers, integrators and experts that will help identify the opportunities in cloud and mobility. In addition to these new programs and workshops Interop Las Vegas 2012 welcomes the return of OpenFlow Lab, as part of the InteropNet. The OpenFlow Lab aims to educate attendees on the principles, functions and features of OpenFlow, and demonstrate OpenFlow in a variety of scenarios. Carrier Cloud Forum provides high-quality education and peer-to-peer interaction around building a cloud infrastructure. The Wireless and Mobility Track has expanded at this year's Interop Las Vegas, due to the continuing and rapid evolution of wireless and mobile technologies.
