Everything Channel Announces the 2010 CRN Annual Report Card Winners

In the 2010 ARC survey, Everything Channel's research team surveyed more than 3,700 solution providers in 18 product/service categories and asked them to evaluate the importance and satisfaction with their vendors' products, support and channel programs. They then applied their research formula and came up with the winners in a number of technology categories. Many vendors have overhauled their programs based on poor ARC showings. In addition, some vendors base their promotions and compensation for their channel people on how well the company performs on the ARC.

Among the winners were IBM, Oracle, Panasonic, Dell and Microsoft.
