Everything Channel, a division of United Business Media, today announced that Tricia Syed has joined the company as Director, Audience Engagement and Marketing Strategy. In this newly created position, Syed will engage Solution Providers at a deeper level with Everything Channel's robust portfolio of media, events and research. Syed will be located in Everything Channel's Framingham, MA-headquarters and will report to Kate Spellman, SVP Strategic Marketing and Business Development.

Syed joins Everything Channel from TechTarget Inc. where she held several management positions over the past eight years. She was most recently Vice President of Audience Optimization where she improved landing page click through rates to lead generating registration forms, created new online registration channels and increased click through rates to drive revenue for the company.

Previously, Syed held marketing and communications positions at BizLand Inc.

Syed earned a BA from the University of Rochester and a Masters in English from Northeastern University.
