The two-day event will take place Monday, March 5 and Tuesday, March 6 at San Francisco's Moscone Convention Center North during the week of the Game Developers Conference (GDC).

GDC Mobile 2007 will bring together publishers, traditional platform game developers, handset manufacturers, aggregators, and operators to discuss the opportunities, challenges and viability in the space. More than 40 lectures, panels and roundtables will explore the future of the medium, and will cover areas such as 3D development, programming, licensing and distribution.

"We're also encouraging developers to submit unique game applications for the 'World Tour of Mobile Innovations' session, a staple of the conference."

The advisory board consists of senior industry figures including: Robert Tercek, Venture Intellect; Andrew Stein, Cingular Wireless; Tim Harrison, Vodafone Group; DC Collier, Pikkle KK; Mark Ollila, Telcogames; and several others.
