Vidmar won individual gold and silver medals at the 1984 Olympics and, and as captain of the USA men's gymnastic team, led them in a stunning victory over the reigning champions -- the People's Republic of China. A demonstration of his skills on the pommel horse during his keynote speech will serve to illustrate how the judging categories of risk, originality and virtuosity propel constant change and improvement -- the same forces that are needed to achieve excellence in the call center industry or any business endeavor.
