CMP Media LLC, announces the first applications and infrastructure conference designed specifically for IT and telecommunications professionals serving the contact center industry. Scheduled September 18-20, 2005 in the Washington State Convention & Trade Center in Seattle, it will feature educational presentations by industry leaders on the increasingly complex technology of successful contact centers, panel discussions on managing converged networks and multi-media applications, peer-to-peer exchanges, hands-on demonstrations of new products and more.
