InformationWeek Finds 8 Frustrations with Windows 8.1

NEW YORK, Aug. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Are you an IT manager having frustrations with the latest version of Microsoft Windows? You are not alone.

In fact, InformationWeek author Jeff Bertolucci has eight specific problems with Windows 8.1 that he'd like to share.
