Unlike any other event of its kind, the Women of The Channel Winter Workshop provides opportunity for attendees to improve negotiation skills, understand best practices, connect with women who want to help other women succeed, and engage in mentoring individuals who possess great potential. Content is driven by an advisory board comprised of leading vendors, solution providers and consultants in the IT Channel industry.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to participate in the annual Channel@Work program, the charitable component of XChange Events. This year Women of The Channel Winter Workshop will continue support of Safe Horizon, the largest organization helping victims of crime and abuse in the United States. Participants can provide in-kind donations or monetary contributions at the event to support holiday initiatives at Safe Horizon's domestic violence shelters and child advocacy centers.
