The webinar series includes:
- The session "Understanding, developing and monetizing online events" will begin at 11:00 a.m. UK time. It will cover what a digital event is and the difference between webinars, webcasts, hybrids and virtual formats; how to successfully develop an online event from content to marketing, execution and follow up and how it is different from a live event; how to ensure an online event environment and experience suit an organization's communication challenge and desired audience; how to identify to monetize online events and measuring return on investment; how online events fit within part of a wider marketing program; and how to engage employees to create and contribute to online content channels.
- The session "Satisfying the needs of key investors and stakeholders" will begin at 11:30 a.m. UK time. It will cover how to choose software solutions and physical environments that accommodate the stakeholders; how to use pre-existing technologies and environments to launch an online event; how to understand how to reduce operational risk when working on online events; and how to work within security, privacy and access control parameters to protect sensitive stakeholder information.
- The session "Exploring the potential of online events for accreditation and training" will begin at 12:00 p.m. UK time. It will discuss whether or not bespoke eLearning platforms are outdated; if all training is suitable for online events or if face-to-face interaction is the best choice; how to assess what valuable content should look like for effective online training courses; how to understand how to track attendees; and how to integrate online training with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
